Fort Casey Historical State Park

Gordon’s Fusion Cuisine is the culmination of a career come into focus. From concept to design, Fusion brings Gordon’s vision to life of fresh, vibrant foods served in an environment celebrating diversity of flavors with family and friends. The bright flavors are inspired from people Gordon has met, his team members, and family connections; they are an honoring of those legacies and the transformation of Gordon as a chef.

We hope you enjoy our carefully considered menu, wine, and cocktail selection. Celebrate food, the diversity it has to offer, and one chef’s creative touch and inspiration.

In 2018, Jeff and Erin Hanson, along with their kids Nate and Kacie, assumed ownership of Thirsty Crab Brewery so Bob and Patti could enjoy retirement life on the beautiful island. Having grown up on the south end of Whidbey Island, both Jeff and Erin wanted to stay on the island to raise their kids and be involved with the community. They feel so lucky to live and work in such a beautiful place!
